Wonderful

Delicious breakfast. Hot water in the shower, air-conditioning in the room, relatively quiet room. Large and comfy bed. Refrigerator, table for working. The hotel's location is good - lots of restaurants and shopping, groceries store next to it.

AC is a bit too loud on the lowest speed setting so that it can be heard during the night. A lizard in the bathroom. Some noise from other rooms can still pass through.

Modern, clean and very relaxing hotel in the heart of Bandung.

Excellent hotel. The swimming pool was lovely and it was a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and close to shopping mall. The breakfast was a big buffet of good food. Modern hotel in heart of Bandung. Made for a very pleasant holiday.

Wonderful

This was my 3rd time staying at sensa. This time felt excellent. The receptionist upgraded my room. One of my reason picked sensa because of their breakfast menu and taste two tumbs up

Nice view, so cozy, quite, near mall, delicious food (breakfast), friendly and very helpful staff

The main reason why I love this hotel is its location!

The main reason why I love this hotel is its location! The hotel is at the centre of cihampeulas and ciwalk. The room is cozy and have delicious foods.

I think the hotel needs a soundproof in every room. The next room beside mine was really nosy.

Last day for us in the hotel we notified the receptionist...

Last day for us in the hotel we notified the receptionist that we are checking out early by 4 am in order to reach jakarta airport, we surprised that they politely asked us to select what we need for take a way breakfast, and we received a well packed breakfast for take away!

Big shopping centre and accessible to all shoppings and eatries area

All good except the balcony need to be locked. Once u unlock there was a little gap on the door which allows outside air came into the room even u closed the balcony door. Hence its activated auto off on the AC. I need to frequently on back the aircond and i experienced stuffy room. However hotel staff are very polite and rectified it promptly. Thanks!!

Was in so good location.

Was in so good location. The stuff were so nice. We enjoyed the new year overall.

It was noisy because of the people above our room. It wasn’t that clean and the air conditioning system was so old.

Apart from the initial disappointment on the toilet, it was a pleasant stay.

I'm a repeat guest of Sensa Hotel. Every time I visited Bandung, Sensa will be my choice of place to stay due to the ideal location ( close to a mall and convenience to get metered taxi to downtown or other places of interest). Food (breakfast) served are delicious and have a good spread.

Sensa Hotel don't value loyal guest, no special packages for regular guest. in fact I doubt if they have a data base of their regular guest. Need to improve on their property maintenance. my last visit I was a bit disappointed on the toilet.

All except sleeping time..

A bit noisy especially at night due to no carpet in the room. We can hear clearly every time chairs moving upper floor. So for a person like me (easy to wake up for even a little sound), perhaps u cant sleep well at night.. The rest, all very good..

Comfortable, excellent stay!

Location is awesome. Cihampelas mall is just downstairs with the entrance through the main lobby. Breakfast spread are excellent. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Managed to get the 2 rooms side by side which we were very happy about. Thank you!

Only downside is the late check-in at 1600 hours. The bathroom floor was flooding a little each time we took a shower. The water flow through the drainage is abit slow.
